Location: Service Now Dublin
Rate of pay: €16.00 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities
- Working with the Catering Manager to ensure the food is delivered to the highest standard
- Work closely with the catering team to ensure a collaborative partnership between front and back of house
- Communicate effectively ensuring that the teams are aware of the menu
- Demonstrate high levels of planning, organising, and time management to drive the operational execution across the site
- Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards (e.g. due diligence, cleanliness, and HSE)
- Monitor and maintain inventory, ensuring these are highlighted to the Catering Manager
- Experience as a Chef de Partie
- Willing to learn and grow
- Passionate about food
- Maintaining Food Safety standards
