BID Executive (Temporary until September 2025)

As our BID Executive, you will report to the Senior BID Executive and play a crucial role in the planning, preparation, execution, and submission of bids. You will be responsible for delivering compelling and high-quality proposals for a variety of projects across the EMEA region. This role requires close collaboration with the Leadership Team to prepare bids in sectors such as Data Centres, Offices, Sustainability, Industrial, Pharma, Smart Buildings, and Design Management.
This BID Executive role is temporary until September 2025, with the potential for extension or permanency.
About You
- Must be based in Ireland
- Minimum 2 – 3 years in bids/tenders/proposals/sales or presales, preferably (but not essential) in the engineering/construction industry or professional services
- Ability to produce winning proposals while managing workload and meeting deadlines
- Collaborative and comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Experience using In Design is beneficial
- Coordinate the bid management process from inception to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Ethos and our subcontractors to gather information for creating winning bid proposal documents
- Conduct client research to understand their requirements and tailor bids accordingly
- Coordinate with the Leadership Team to compile technical and financial information required for bids
- Continuously review, revise, and improve bid materials
