AGRI SERVICE ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN

We are looking for Engineers in the areas of, North Cork, Limerick and Clare.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular preventative/corrective maintenance.
- Commissioning of new milking systems on site.
- Troubleshoot customer queries and breakdowns on phone or on site as required.
- Attend trainings, both external and on the job and take a proactive approach to learning the range of De Laval products.
- Work individually and as part of a team with sales, dairy advisors and tech staff.
- Flexibility, with the ability to plan, prioritise and improvise according to demand.
- Relevant experience of working within the agricultural industry is preferable but not essential.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification or similar trade would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solving and decision making are crucial requirements.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Interest in animal husbandry and milk production also helpful.
- Possess a full clean driver’s license.
· Company Van, Laptop and phone along with an excellent remuneration package. Extensive training package will be provided in collaboration with De Laval Ireland.
