Responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
Infrastructure Management:
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
  • Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
