Responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.

Infrastructure Management:

Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.

Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
