- Client Consultation: Assess clients' needs and preferences through consultations to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Performing Treatments: Administer various spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps. They may also offer specialized services like aromatherapy or reflexology.
- Maintaining Equipment and Facilities: Ensure that treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest spa techniques, trends, and product knowledge to provide the best service to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by making clients feel comfortable and cared for. This includes handling bookings, managing schedules, and addressing client concerns.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, and maintain a high standard of hygiene in all treatments.
- Providing Aftercare Advice: Offer clients advice on how to care for their skin or body after treatments to enhance results.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other spa staff, including receptionists and managers, to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality experience for clients.
Contract length: 24 months
