Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-quality web applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).
• Providing mentorship and code reviews to ensure high development standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic planning for technology improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in software engineering, sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Java Script, Type Script, and frameworks like Vue.js (preferred) or React JS.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel), Golang, and/or Node.js (Type Script).
• Solid understanding of Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Experience with message brokers (e.g., Rabbit MQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of database management (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL) and familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Gitlab.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English professionally.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks for both frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Understanding of security best practices in web development and Dev Ops.
