Senior Logistic & Customer Service Manager

About the job:
This Po1 Logistic and Customer Service Lead will lead Logistic, Customer Service, and Import Export agendas in Foods (Snacks COSO and Quaker Co Man) and Beverages (Co Man or Franchise) for Indonesia. This position is a member of SC leadership team driving SC strategic plans and delivering AOP targets. Quaker which initially separate function – is now merged to this role as additional scope, so as Beverage in the future.

He/she will be responsible to setup and lead Route to Market Model and execution order to deliver a successful start-up to Indonesia operation and ensure we well equipped up for future growth. He is in charge for warehouse and transport operation throughout Indonesia.
He/she will collaborate with business /commercial lead and a network of suppliers, co-packer partners and customers to effectively manage distribution network and ensuring best service level to customers.
Additionally, he/she will also be responsible for driving the productivity agenda and process excellence in respective areas to deliver Logistic Cost competitiveness

Responsibilities: We will count on you to:
- Lead Indonesia Logistics Agenda for all the three categories (Snacks, Quaker and Beverages) and translate into annual execution plans
- Set-Up and Lead Indonesia Route to Market in order to deliver a successful start-up to Indonesia operation
- Lead Customer Service organization and Set-Up Customer Engegament and Order Processing
- Lead Import and Export Team for performing Import and Export Activities (Customs, Permits, etc)
- Part of the Indonesia SC Leadership Team, providing ideas and suggestions and aiding decision making to establish and deliver Pepsi Co’s short and long term business goals
- Develop and drive continuous improvement for Logistic, Customer Service and Import Export
- Improve and maintain a constant focus on key performance and productivity metrics to deliver best cost management as one of the lowest cost producer
- Deliver annual plan across key Supply Chain KPI’s and business objectives
- Fully support and drive suppliers collaboration for achieving cost management and business continuity.
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people.
- Drive a strong people agenda – role modelling and championing Pepsi Co behaviours and values; building a robust talent pipeline with a focus on diversity and inclusion; building capability; creating a cultural of performance accountability and establishing a customer-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance of Pepsi Co Quality & Food Safety Standards in each of value chain.
- Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures, and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in PEP+ Agenda
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (other x-functional leads) and external stakeholders (business partners: 3rd Party Logistic Vendors, Co-Manufacturers, Suppliers, Customers/Distributors
- Adherence and development of GCS framework for relevant controls
- Be Role Model Pepsi Co Values, Behaviors and Code of Conduct
What you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in Logistics (Warehouse and Transport), Customer Service, with exposure in both strategic and operational

- Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, sound technical supply chain fundamentals
- Proven track record in delivering major process improvements and productivity
- Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organizational functions.
- Capable of challenging the status quo and driving alignment across the organization.
- Exceptional analytical & project management skills with proven track record/experience on set-up new process and transformation
- Broad functional understanding (Sales, Finance, Purchasing) and experience working in cross-functional environment/teams. Experiences in Foods and Beverages business would be advantages
- Highly independent, resourceful with high personal initiative/drive.
- Excellent Ms Excel Skills, Power BI and reporting tools will be advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through influencing
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
- Must be very effective working in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective results
- Strong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in.
- High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
