The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business, technology, and operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects, process enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.* Lead and manage end-to-end corporate and transactional banking projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business objectives.* Collaborate with key stakeholders across IBG/GTS business, operations, and technology teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.* Maintain and centralize knowledge on corporate banking systems, transactional banking platforms, and digital solutions.* Act as the primary liaison between IBG/GTS business units, technology, and operations teams for all corporate banking and transactional banking projects.* Manage communication flows, addressing queries and coordinating support to resolve issues efficiently.* Support business teams in identifying and implementing the most effective solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams (IBG/GTS Business, Tech and Ops) to implement innovative solutions that enhance business, technology, and operational alignment.-en
