Job Description
Senior experience more than 6 years above.
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

• Author the Technical Design Specification

• Contribute to key deployment documentation

• Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform base product if any

• Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios

• Define and monitor compliance with code check in, backup recovery, and versioning processes

• Participate in testing and validation of the integration

• Contribute to knowledge transfer process

• Manage Envisioning client workshops, User Research planning, execution and reporting , Personas, Scenarios, Journey Maps, Interaction Flows, Sitemaps, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Usability Testing

Requirements
Must have:

• ≥ 3 years of Salesforce relevant experiences as Senior Developer role.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud project experience

Malay speaking will be added advantage for this role.
