- ensuring that all the Pipes and Couplers are manufactured to the quality standards laid down and that every item is inspected and stamped QC OK when ready for release to the Final Warehouse
- Identify issues, suggest improvements, and ensure product quality before reaching customers.
- Assist with quality inspections, monitoring compliance with internal/external standards, and documentation.
- Assure and maintain relevant Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and procedures.
- 1+ years of relevant QC experience will be advantage
- Fresh graduate are open
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, or GMP preferred.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in quality assurance.
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Maintain and ensure availability of all QA Procedures for QMS, EMS, AD, Know-how documents, work instructions, testing, calibration, and applicable standards.
- Ensure quality management system standards are updated, documented, and distributed
- Monitor manufacturing processes for adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
- Report and resolve quality-related issues during production.
- Perform routine audits and inspections.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in internal/external audits.
- Monitor calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
