Qualifications :

• Male maximum age 25 years
• Minimum D3 education, preferably majoring in mechanical engineering
• Have at least 1 year work experience as Purchasing Admin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word & Excel) & Google Sheets
• Diligent, disciplined, honest, deft, thorough
• Able to communicate and work together in a team
• Willing to be placed in the GBM Pasuruan office

Job Descriptions :

• Record Purchase Requests
• Ensure specifications for goods and services
• Search for new suppliers on an ongoing basis
• Collect offers from several suppliers
• Prepare, Send and File PO
• Ensure the schedule for receiving goods and services.
• Archive and send correct billing documents to Accounting and Finance for payment
