The Product Manager is a key partner to the PLS marketing teams in Hilti Global as well as Trade Managers in regional HUB marketing. The purpose of the role is to drive the product development, launch, product support, pricing, initiatives and growth of Hilti’s product leadership (PLS). The role involves defining and communicating the strategy for product leadership (PLS) for the assigned Business Unit at an MO level. The job holder is responsible for the assigned product lines revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses (OPEX).

• Developing strategic directions for the assigned product lines through translating global or regional product strategies to fit into local market needs and achieve market leadership position
• Responsible for all marketing activities relating to the business unit which includes; products life cycle management, new product launch, pricing strategy, market research, competitor sensing, promotion, sales forces training, and sales steering
• Identifying business potential through understanding product, applications, markets, competition, and customers
• Responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction (external and internal), as well as with business partners for the product line
• Working with different stakeholders particularly with Regional Marketing team & local sales team

• Holding minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering

• Good understanding of product marketing with the ability to contribute to overall product strategy

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and determine priorities

• Strong communication skills, at multi-level and high proficiency in English both written and verbal

• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills

High motivation level and energy, drive to outperform particularly on partnering with sales team
