Job Description
- Manage the legal aspects related to obtaining and maintaining operating permits in coordination with Company’s legal matters
- Manage, monitor and oversee the licensing and permitting processing team (work assignments, performance evaluations, development and disciplinary action)
- Monitor, manage, oversee and report on the approval workflow of applications for various licenses and permits
- Act as reviewer and evaluator to all licensing and permitting process
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law would be preferable
- Maximum 45 years old
- Have at least 5 years experiences as Permit Manager and preferably from Property/Real Estate Company
- Expert with property permitting process.
- Good networking with BPN, Notary office
- Familiar with IMB, AMDAL
- Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
- Able to work accurately and under-pressure
