We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will operate under the supervision and direction of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, with work locations at PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia's operational sites. Employment status will be as an employee of a third-party outsourcing vendor engaged by PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget/costing plans, survey plans, and break bulk material delivery plans.
• Handle and prepare required shipment documents (e.g., packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, PIB drafts).
• Manage the delivery of break bulk goods/materials to designated destinations.
• Coordinate logistics services to support projects up to final destinations.
• Facilitate communication between service providers and PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.
• Coordinate operations and logistics teams at key locations in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Liaise with other locations to maintain strong communication links.
• Work closely with service providers to organize the transport of cargo from ports of entry to final destinations.
• Execute ground-level logistics planning and participate in shipment coordination.
• Support team members during peak periods in various operational areas.
• Ensure project compliance with Customs and other shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with team members across locations to achieve project goals.
• Develop logistics plans to address stowage, obstacles, and other issues.
• Motivate and drive team performance in a collaborative environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project coordinator role within logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in drafting PIB and master list documentation.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Arc GIS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Experience in ocean and air freight is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for business and work on-site as required.
