Head of Sales & Marketing

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide coaching and performance reviews to improve team effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Minimum Qualifications: Min S1 graduate from any major
- Must have 10 years of sales experience in IT industry, with at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise (in BUMN, Private sector, Government, and Education sector)
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willingness to travel
