Job Description:
As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization from cyber threats by simulating attacks (Red Team) and defending against them (Blue Team). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, develop robust security measures, and ensure the overall integrity of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses.
• Simulate cyber-attacks to test the effectiveness of security measures (Red Team activities).
• Monitor and analyze security alerts to detect and respond to incidents (Blue Team activities).
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to enhance their understanding of security protocols.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in both Red Team and Blue Team activities.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in incident detection, response, and forensic analysis.
• Proficiency with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Familiarity with various cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
