Job Responsibilities

• Represent the Business Owner and be the Voice of the Customer.
• Create user stories based on deep research methods such as customer-driven, data-driven, technology-driven, market-driven, and business-driven, and develop them into: Product Vision, Product Roadmap (including Milestones, MVP, OKR), Product Backlog (based on adaptive business priorities).
• Be part of the Agile/Scrum Team responsible for:

Translating between the Business Owner and the Development Team.
Working with the Development Team to set realistic Sprint Backlogs and Sprint Goals that meet business needs based on the Product Backlog, team capacity, Definition of Done, and retrospective commitments.

• Being available to clarify business needs during the Sprint cycle.
• Ensuring the Development Team’s work aligns with ongoing business needs.
• Conducting Backlog Grooming/Refinement as needed.
• Proactively report product development progress visually to the Business Owner and Customer.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management/Project Management in a Multifinance.
• Worked at the same company for at least 3 years.
• Experience handling treasury finance or accounting modules in a company’s core system (Funding Management System) or LMS (Loan Management System) or LOS.
• Experience managing accounting systems or finance applications that handle bank loans or seek bank loans like term loans, short loans, and invoice payments.
• Communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Able to build good relationships with Customers and the Development Team.
• Strong ownership of the company and product.
• Understand Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
• Able to solve complex problems and identify use cases/solutions.
• Capable of effective prioritization.
• Able to create conceptual designs (at least at a high level).
• Build Product Knowledge that is easy to understand for Customers and the Development Team.
