Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entrance and waiting area
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries or takeout orders
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly and courteously
• Assist with light administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
