Job Summary
As a Guest Service/Front Office Staff at OXO The Factory (Event Space), you will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service. Your role involves managing the front desk, preparing spaces for coworking, meetings, and events, and maintaining OXO’s Quality Experience Standards. You’ll assist the Sales Event Manager with day-to-day operations and events, handle guest feedback with professionalism, and collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys meeting people, and is eager to grow in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:

• Operate the front desk to welcome and assist guests.
• Prepare coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and event venues—including light cleaning duties.
• Maintain and exceed OXO Quality Experience Standards.
• Support the Sales Event Manager with daily operations and event preparations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and tactfully.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Sales Event Manager.

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficient in English.
• Holds a valid motorcycle or car driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends.
