Responsibilities & Duties:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with head designer to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in design
• Great English
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro
• Proven experience in billboard design
• Proven experience in the design of catalogues, brochures and other promotional materials
• Excellent photography skills and proficiency in photo editing with advance knowledge of specialized plugins and presets
• Proven experience in event photography
• Experience in working with Canva
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Personal skills: Excellent communication and social skills; Well-organized and disciplined; Ability to work with tight deadlines
