Experience:

Role relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications and working towards chartership (if relevant to profession).

Specific Responsibilities

Lead the development of the GEDSI Action Plan (GAP),
close collaboration with technical team members and the MERL team.
Managing the overall implementation and reporting of the GAP.
Integrating GEDSI into the Feasibility Study (FS) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED),
as well as related activities such as social surveys, bidding, and tender documents.
Collecting evidence and utilizing GEDSI disaggregated data to support the technical team’s efforts
