Hi, Timedoor Academy is seeking candidates for (Fulltime) Administration and Marketing positions for our branch in Pakuwon, Surabaya area.
Our subject matter varies widely and involves technologies such as visual programming, robotics, Io T circuitry, VR, and AR. The topics that we raise in the learning curriculum include logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in building programs, which are skills that are much needed in the 21st century.
In developing this company, we are opening opportunities for full-time administrative staff positions. The responsibility of this position is communication with potential customers, such as answering inquiries regarding classes, convincing customers to take trial classes, following up with trial students to analyzing sales data to prepare strategies to improve sales academy.

- Convincing customer to join Timedoor Academy using online and offline marketing strategy
- Doing customer support through Whats App
- Communicate with potential customers; Answering inquiries regarding classes.
- Convincing customers to join the trial class.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing marketing strategies.
- Helping class operations, admin, and other marketing activities with the team.
- Communication and negotiation skills in convincing customers.
- Have a good understanding of administrative computer operations (excel, sheets, etc).
- Discipline and have a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Able to work in a team
- English skills
Experience:
- Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
