Key Responsibilities:

• Support the optimization of ERP processes, including marketing, customer feedback collection, and legal document tracking.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing databases (Airtable experience is a plus).
• Learn to design and implement automated workflows using tools like Airtable Automations.
• Collaborate with teams to connect various Saa S tools for smooth operations.
• Generate basic performance reports to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:

• Basic ERP Knowledge: An understanding of ERP systems and their purpose.
• Database Familiarity: Experience with spreadsheets or database tools (e.g., Airtable).
• Tech-Savviness: Eagerness to learn automation tools and Saa S integration.
• Analytical Thinking: A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to no-code platforms like Softr.
• Team collaboration skills to work in a remote environment.
