Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and create captivating content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube
- Develop and execute content ideas that align with our brand's identity and values
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with campaigns
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages
- Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator for Instagram, Tik Tok, and/or You Tube
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Proficiency in video editing applications
- Highly creative with the ability to generate innovative content concepts
- Self-starter who takes initiative and brings ideas to the table
- Passion for the coffee industry and familiarity with its trends and culture (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
