Accounting, Tax, and Administration Officer is responsible to help the public reporting of a company's financial status, budgeting, managing tax counting, performing internal audits, and overseeing administrative functions.
Job Description:

• Accounting, Financial Controls and Financial Reporting
• Directs preparation of fiscal records and financial plans, policies, and reports.
• Directs oversight of audits.
• Financial operations and consolidation of subsidiaries.
• Managing tax counting
• Managing quotation
• Managing BAST
• Compile and manage the billing process of payment to other parties
• Compile and manage the invoice process for clients and vendors
• Manage the administration related to the project and vendor
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Process dan capture corporate debt transactions
• Maintain and update company records, policies, and procedures
• Oversee office operations, including supplies management and facility maintenance
• Payroll processing

Spesific Qualificaton:
- Male/Female max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in a related field is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting, audit, finance, tax, reporting, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, administration, FP&A is a big plus
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting, tax and financial packages software is a plus
- High level of initiative, strong will to learn new stuff, and able to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction or supervision.
