We are seeking an accounting candidate with:
- proficiency in Xero for financial reporting
- experience in payroll management
- BPJS administration, and both monthly and yearly tax reporting
- strong understanding of local tax and labor laws
- excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Reliability, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, along with responsiveness and clear communication
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with relevant certifications preferred
- Proven experience in payroll, taxes, and financial management is a must
- This role requires expertise and efficiency to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations
