- Handling client communication by various channels (telephone, Whats App, electronic mail).
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships by meeting & reporting regularly.
- Anticipate client needs & complaints.
- Resolve client issues by coordination to other internal units.
- Bachelor’s Degree of any major.
- 2 to 3 years of experiences as an Account Executive / Account Manager / B2B Partnership / Relationship Officer or any related job
- Excellent communication & presentation skill
- Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities
- Candidates within Bekasi domicile are preferable
The salary range above encompasses the base salary and attendance allowance only, excluding monthly incentives based on KPI achievement.
