About This Opportunity

What you will do

• 
  Drive the development of the Production Products Test Strategy,
• Ensure that the Production Products Test Strategy is in line with MS-RBS and Cloud RAN Product test strategies,
• Define Test environment requirements for the Production Products domain,
• Define Test flows for the Production Products domain,
• Support Testability, observability and troubleshooting product requirements,
• Perform High-Level Test Coverage Analysis for tools within Production Products,
• Coordinate with the CI strategy used for tools, and provide CI flow requirements and Visualization requirements for tools,
• Contribute to efficient processes for Test environment avoidance and savings.

You will bring

• Product development experience and leading global development teams, with a demonstrated passion for development,
• Strong domain development knowledge to have the needed credibility with the teams and our customers,
• Ability to Support and educate our development and test teams regarding test strategy, including supporting and collaborating with the line and program organizations,
• Ability to guide, coach, and mentor colleagues on the various aspects of the domain,
• Proven track record in building and maintaining a professional and international network of peer technology authorities within and outside Ericsson,
• Ability to influence methods and assess current ways of working in the development team,
• Ability to work and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
