What we expect

• Ownership of the e Procurement tool
• Processing of requisitions and e Auctions in the e Procurement tool
• Preparing, handling and uploading contracts & framework agreements to the e Procurement tool and One Drive destinations
• Driving tender projects in coordination with the Operational Purchasers of the Eastern European region and in alignment with the regional Manager
• Support the implementation of regional procurement procedures and standards
• Support the Eastern Euopean Operation Purchasers and Team Leader
• Manage relationship with suppliers, including managing day to day operations, issues & escalations
• Secure supply possibilities by providing competitive solutions, alternatives for materials/ services related to modernization or spare part projects with quality, time and cost in focus

Who we are looking for

• Successful commercial apprenticeship or a university degree in purchasing or logistics
• Basic knowledge and experience of Operational Purchasing
• Experience in strategic purchasing and are familiar with procurement processes, 2 – 3 years
• ERP/ SAP knowledge
• Fluency in English is a must and other Eastern European language skill is an advantage
• Team player
• Negotiation and Organizational skills
• Open to understand and respect different cultures from the Eastern European countries (Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Czech and Poland)
