What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

Our expanding IBM business unit aims to strengthen its position in the field of analytical solutions by hiring a new presales colleague. We will support our new colleague in becoming an expert on IBM's artificial intelligence platform, Watson AI, and gaining experience in implementing enterprise chatbots.

We are looking for a new colleague who can assist our existing and new resellers in the following areas:

• Technical Support for Partners
  • Configurations
  • POC support
  • Training o Setting up own Lab environment

• Client-side Support:
  • Pre-sales support, technical presentations
  • Client architectural planning

• Post-sales Support:
  • Client training
  • Managing support access
  • Maintaining knowledgebase, etc.
