• Drive the execution of the project through coordinating and aligning work across the different verticals including hardware and software, with top-down oversight from initial planning to delivery
• Create and update project roadmap including milestone plans that meet customer requirements, in cooperation with Product Owners, Product Managers and experts
• Continuously monitor the system solution project progress, and report to Release and Business Owners
• Manage risks on system solution level, identify problems and drive their resolution
• Ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements, Continental processes and automotive standards
• Ensure adequate documentation
• Mentor Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and similar Product Leader roles
• Comply with the Code of Conduct and Personal conflict of interest rules.

• University degree (BSc, MSc, Ph D) in Computer Science, Electical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• 6+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-site automotive system software projects (>200 people)
• 4+ years of experience in ADAS embedded system customer or platform development projects as project manager or similar role (>200 people)
• Leading an automotive ADAS system platform project past it’s first So P milestone as project manager, technical project manager or similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong knowledge in SAFe, hands-on experience with agile SW development
• Good command of English language
• Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
  • Able to positively influence others.

• Multiple years of experience in a System of Systems ADAS customer and platform development projects as project manager or similar role
• Leading / managing a complex automotive system project’s transition from prototype to series production
• 3+ years Experience in leading / facilitating a multi-site agile development automotive system / software project.
