Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ordering process with suppliers accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements
- Streamline and oversee the flow of company documents
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with suppliers via online channels and phone calls
- Manage order processes within the internal CRM system
- Assist and support the company's accountant
- Supervise and organize supply related email correspondence
- Handle various business tasks as directed by company management
- Prepare documents in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive personal and business information
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with diligence and efficiency
- Loyalty and the ability to maintain confidentiality within the role's scope
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian, knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- A proactive mindset, with the foresight to identify and anticipate potential issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
