Autobizalom, an innovative company in the automotive parts import industry, is seeking a proactive and energetic Order Management Specialist to join our team in Budapest. This role is vital to our rapid growth and dynamic business environment, offering an opportunity to develop professionally while supporting our CRM system management and supplier communications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ordering process with suppliers accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements
• Streamline and oversee the flow of company documents
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with suppliers via online channels and phone calls
• Manage order processes within the internal CRM system
• Assist and support the company's accountant
• Supervise and organize supply related email correspondence
• Handle various business tasks as directed by company management
• Prepare documents in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive personal and business information

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with diligence and efficiency
• Loyalty and the ability to maintain confidentiality within the role's scope
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian, knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• A proactive mindset, with the foresight to identify and anticipate potential issues
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
