### Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Lead everything from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent.

• Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with both external recruitment partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment with our culture and values.

• Drive Our Employer Brand: Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

• Stay Ahead in HR Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and employer branding to keep us ahead of the curve.

• Utilize Integrated Management Systems Knowledge: Bring your expertise to streamline and enhance our processes.

### What You’ll Bring:

• Educational Background: A university or college degree in HR or a related field.

• Professional Experience: 3 years in HR with a minimum of 2 years specializing in recruitment.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).

• Forward-Thinking Mindset: Knowledge of modern HR trends and tools.
