Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, connects over 150 destinations across 85 countries. We are seeking Customer Sales and Service Professionals to join our multicultural team in Budapest, Hungary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of Emirates, delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services.
- Build rapport with customers to identify their needs, seek out sales opportunities, and promote Emirates-related products.
- Issue tickets and tailor travel solutions to meet customer requests.
- Actively enhance Emirates' revenue by promoting additional services offered by the company and its partners.
- Fluency in English and Czech (both written and spoken).
- Customer-focus with a strong sales orientation to deliver excellent service and close sales opportunities.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC-based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call handling/sales team environment with multiple shifts.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Hungary.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High school graduation or diploma-level education.
- Competitive salary starting at 675,000 HUF gross per month , with good opportunities for internal progression
- Possibility of working from home after successfully completing a 3-month probation period, subject to performance.
- 13 th month salary and performance-based incentives.
