Scope of Work:
Responsible for the Company or its subsidiary full spectrum accounts and annual audit matters, ensure the accuracy and compliance of the company's financial statements;
Responsible for consolidated statements editing and reviewing, including consolidation elimination, financial analysis, financial reports and etc.;
Responsible for FRR monitoring, preparation and submission of licensed corporations, ensure compliance with SFC rules;
Monitor cash flow, handle client and house money transactions within the required timeframe;
Assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets, forecasts, management and analysis reports;
Liaise with external auditors, tax bureau, banks and regulatory authorities;
Provide backup support for settlement role when needs;
Ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related discipline, QS top 100;
At least 5 years’ working experience in Type 1/4/6 licensed corporations, with hands on experience in settlement operation is preferred;
Candidates with professional qualifications such as CPA, HKICPA, ACCA are preferred;
Solid knowledge in securities accounting, Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules, SFC guidelines and Financial Return, familiar with Chinese accounting standards;
Familiar with Hong Kong laws and regulations;
Good coordination and communication skills, high sense of responsibility, diligence and able to work independently;
Good command in spoken and written Chinese & English, Mandarin is MUST.
