Responsibilities
Plan and direct the daily fleet management operations;
Oversee the job-tracking and deployment of the fleet staff;
Plan and manage computerized information systems for logistics control and record keeping;
Develop and implement the standard operating procedures, service schedules, quality control, and continuous improvement programs;
Evaluate contractor, vendor, and supplier contract performance;
Manage subcontractors to achieve standards set out by the company;
Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review;
Work closely with customer service to eliminate customer complaints;
Data entry, filling, follow up orders.

Requirements
Diploma holder in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent experience;
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;
Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
Good command of English and Cantonese native speaker;
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply and may be considered for a junior position;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
