Our Part-Time/Internship program provides interns with exposure to the commercial real estate industry and knowledge of operations through practical work and training. The program includes an orientation where you will learn about our company, our culture, as well as benefits and responsibilities of being a member of CBRE.
Interns will gain practical experience through on-the-job training, with opportunities to work alongside leaders within our company. Managers from sponsored departments, Human Resources and Learning and Department will offer intake full support to facilitate learning throughout the program.

Capital Markets
Capital Markets combines investment sales, advisory, financing and mortgage banking into a single, fully integrated global service offering.
- Work with a dedicated mentor to obtain hands-on industry experience.
- Help with research projects, attend team meetings, and assist with the creation of presentations.
- Perform administrative duties associated with the department.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on special projects and requests.
- Attend company networking events, workshops, and online seminars.
- Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
- Impact through methods, tasks, and duties which are clearly defined and followed with little to no discretion.
What You’ll Need:
- A full-time undergraduate with an expected graduation date between 2025 and 2027.
- Have a permanent HKID card, or a valid working visa in Hong Kong
- Strong interest in CBRE and the real estate industry, with fundamental knowledge in the Hong Kong market.
- Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills, accountability, and independent motivation.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
