Specialist, Distribution Centre Operations, Supply Chain Management

- Support in day-to-day operating expenditures to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Execute and monitor relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards, ensure timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate resources with staff and contractors to meet the repackaging deadlines
- Coordinate contractors including selection of contractors, quotation negotiation, training and KPI review, to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
- Prepare repackaging specializations based on client's requirements
- Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries and requests; escalate issues to manager, if necessary
- HKCEE or DSE above
- 1 years logistics / supply chain / shipping operations experience is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Word
- Tactful interpersonal and communication skill to work with people in different levels
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
