Job Overview:
The Senior Operations Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing operational activities across Marga Asia. This role involves streamlining processes, driving operational excellence, managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for relevant divisions, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Alignment and Goal Achievement:
Align operational strategies with Maga Asia's mission and annual objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of services across Global Call and Amala.
Identify and address gaps or challenges impacting company goals.

Process Optimization:
Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
Work with department heads to standardize procedures and establish best practices.

Resource Management:
Manage resources effectively to meet operational goals within budget constraints.
Coordinate with department leaders to optimize resource allocation and workforce utilization.
Monitor resource distribution and adjust plans as necessary.

P&L Management:
Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for relevant divisions, focusing on cost management and revenue maximization.
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Develop strategies to achieve financial targets and improve overall performance.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify trends and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Risk Management:
Identify operational risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Implement controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Respond promptly to operational issues to minimize disruptions.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and motivate teams, providing mentorship and support.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance evaluations and support team members’ professional development.

Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate operational performance, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Advocate for operational needs in cross-functional discussions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in telecommunications or integrated environmental services industries.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
