Intro:
Reporting to the Team Manager of Clients' Accounting, you will oversee a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities related to our clients' accounting needs. Your key responsibilities will include processing and reviewing accounting records to ensure an accurate and complete set of books. You will liaise directly with clients to complete annual financial statements, working paper files, and all related administrative support activities within the required timelines.
Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with both local and offshore teams, providing motivation and coaching to ensure continuous client satisfaction, process optimization, and strong client relationships. This role requires strong corporate accounting expertise, exceptional client management abilities, excellent communication skills, and effective teamwork.


Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate and manage all accounting aspects of assigned client portfolios.
• Process accounting records using a computerized accounting system.
• Oversee and collaborate with local and offshore accounting teams in daily accounting duties.
• Handle all administrative tasks to support clients' accounting services.
• Work closely with Company Secretary, Tax, and Payroll teams to deliver a seamless, integrated service to clients.
• Liaise directly with auditors and manage the audit process to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify opportunities to market our services to potential clients and support the team in achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met for all clients.
Review and ensure management accounts and financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Required level and content of education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA designation with a recognized accounting body preferred, but not required

Business experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts with strong grounding in accounting principles.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and local GAAP
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional qualities with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience in managing service delivery and client management is preferred
Experience with a corporate service provider is an advantage but not essential

Language skills/other skills required:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Accounting software, MS Office.
