A typical day routine:
Provide research support to consultants and understand the ever-changing industry landscape

Responsible for sourcing junior to middle-level talents across different channels

Utilize networking, and social media to build your candidate database.

Maintain and constantly update candidate database

Interview and liaise with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements

Become an expert in the current market/industry trends relating to the industry or job function

Success will depend on:
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

1-2 years of experience in CS, Sales, or Consultative Sales related industry would be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates will also be considered.

A result-driven self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner

A person with a heart of gold
