Physiotherapist (Part Time, projected-based)
PART TIME

- Direct, organise and oversee the operations of physiotherapy department
- Establish and maintain service quality to meet regulatory requirement and clients expectation
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver professional and high quality services to patients
- Supervise and coach members of the team
- Control resources utilisation and provide inputs for procurement of equipment
- Formulate and implement staff training and development plans
- Develop strategic business model to promote physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to other healthcare disciplines and the public
- Contribute to patient rehabilitation management and related service development of JCCRC and Day Care Centre
- Degree or above in Physiotherapy
- A certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
- 5 years relevant work experience as a physiotherapist of which 2 years or above in managerial level
- Good interpersonal, communication, management skill and good team player
- Good discipline, self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement and patient-centred care.
