Job Description
Manage daily shop operation
Understand the needs of our customer and their pets to provide professional customer service and advice
To be our brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Pet products to the customers
Taking care pets and managing events if needed
Ensure adequate stock level for smooth operation
Passionate, willing to learn and take initiative with positive attitude and enjoy teamwork
