The Group Information Services Department , located in Hunghom, strives to serve the information technology needs of Head Office and is responsible for coordinating the related services within the CK Hutchison Group.

The Student Talent Incubation Program is designed to provide undergraduate students with a valuable opportunity to pursue their education while gaining practical industry experience by participating in real-world projects under the guidance of our experienced teams.

Responsibilities:
We seek dedicated undergraduate students who can commit to the full 8-month program. Incumbents are expected to work 2 half days per week during the school term and 5 full days per week during the summer holiday. Depending on their interests and competencies, successful applicants will assist our experienced teams in one of the following areas:

1. Cybersecurity:
Organize and analyze cybersecurity assessments and explore AI solutions for data analysis
Manage the deployment logistics and status of security solutions
Support in resolving issues during the deployment process

2. Infrastructure & Operations:
Maintain and update the IT infrastructure and network portal to highlight the latest technology trends
Set up and enrol users for new IT community initiatives

3. Technology Transformation & Vendor Management:
Contribute to contract renewal processes and update portal content
Research and organize submission content for business awards programs
Support the promotion and execution of the Mentoring Program
Handle preparation, registration and post-event activities for internal technology transformation workshops

Requirements:
University students in their 2nd or 3rd year of study, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering or related disciplines
A proactive and tech-savvy individual with a passion for technology and innovation
A team player with a positive learning attitude and effective communication skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Working Hours: 2 half days per week from January to June 2025 / 5 full days per week from July to August 2025
