Operations Administrator (Logistic)

- Support warehouse and logistic operations including business analysis, monthly report, inventory management, record keeping and documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, forwarders and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and the accuracy of shipping documents
- Responsible for data maintenance, ensuring the data quality in system
- Participate in Digitalization Projects for system interface and data migration
- Provide administrative support and project coordination for the team
- High diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team
- Strong numerical sense, solution-oriented and attention to details
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good computer skills in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
