You will

• Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues. * Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues. * Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues. * Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation. * Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners. * Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures. * Respond to network-related emergencies. * Willingness to work in shift duty (12 hours) to support 24/7 operations.

You bring * Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * CCNA, CCNP/ HCIP or equivalent is a must * Minimum of 7 years of experience as a network engineer or equivalent. * Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 2) is an advantage * Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching. * Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. * Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Immediately available is an advantage
