Title: HRIS Lead – Financial services firm

Location: Hong Kong

About the Role:
Our client is a growing Fin Tech company who is looking for a HRIS Lead to join the team in their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of HRIS experience, fluent in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality

Responsible for system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or features

Provide end-user training on HRIS functionalities

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the HRIS system and tools

Lead and manage a team of HRIS members to help define and drive the overall HRIS roadmap

Work with senior management to translate business needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning

Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum 12 years of HRIS experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Experience in start-ups and professional services would be preferred

Knowledge and/or experience in key HRIS modules, ideally with experience building internal HRIS from scratch

Strong problem-solving approach

Able to work in a dynamic organization

Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skill

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
