Cregis is a Web3 solution platform, focusing on crypto asset management tools and solutions for businesses since 2017. We've served over 3,200 clients in exchanges, projects, and Crypto Funds, with a daily on-chain transaction flow exceeding $30 million.
Responsibility:
1.Collaborate closely with department team leaders to assist in implementing effective workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
2.Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
3.Contribute to develop effective recruitment channels to attract top talent.
4.Design, develop, implement and coordinate activities associated with training needs.
5.Participate in the develop and prepare of long-term plans, training structure, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training mission
6.Execute and deliver quality and effective training to different target participants that are aligned with their KPI and company requirement.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2.Proficient in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, HR practices and other HR legislation.
3.Experience in Crypto or Fintech industry recruitment and managing the employee life cycle would be an advantage.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Excellent in spoken and written English and Madarin.
6.Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
