Our client is a leading Retail Banking Group who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Orientated Professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches

Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions

Identify existing and prospective customers’ needs of financial services, including both products and services

Grasp opportunities to cross-sell appropriately

Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed, contribute as part of the Bank's bigger anti-money laundering (AML) team

Support back-end branch operations

Requirements:
University or Higher Diploma graduate

Possesses customer service experience, candidates with previous bank counter servicing experience a definite advantage

Strong sense of results orientation

Strong in delivering quality services to a diverse range of customers

Outgoing, proactive with a strong eagerness to learn

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Location: The successful candidate can be based in one of the Bank's branches in Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories.
