Our client, a global investment bank, is actively seeking an experienced IT BA/PM to join their team in Hong Kong.
The role:

• Oversee Listed Derivatives pre-trade & post-trade flows for Execution only, with a preference for Listed Derivatives Clearing knowledge.
• Conduct project management tasks including project planning, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues that may impact planned project milestones adversely.
• Lead meetings with Business and IT partners to communicate project status and address risks.
• Perform business analysis for Listed Derivatives pre-trade and post-trade flows, including process/application analysis and design.
• Write functional/technical specifications, design testing strategies for pre and post-trade flows, and manage System Integration Testing.
• Manage QA Test Scripts and User Acceptance Testing across multiple teams and users.
• Drive the Change Management process for promoting functionality to production.
• Collaborate with regional product teams to understand product offering strategic direction and develop timelines.
• Coordinate technical (FIX) onboarding of Electronic Trading clients within the region, involving clients, vendors, and internal FIX onboarding team.
• Provide SL3 production support and troubleshoot software and networking issues.

What you offer:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Industry with exposure to Listed Derivatives on APAC Markets.
• Preferably possess 'Agency' Listed Derivatives trading business knowledge.
• Mandatory knowledge of Asia exchange connectivity and market structure.
• Familiarity with OMS/EMS functionalities and corresponding order execution workflows.
• Mandatory understanding of front office trade life cycle and middle/back office workflows.
• Proficient in FIX Protocol.
• Experience with SQL, reading, and configuring XML files.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detailed documentation.
• Experience working with Fidessa & ULLINK a big plus.
